Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Planspiel RE:DESIGN (Abb. 9.1) vermittelt den Spielern das Konzept der lebenszyklusorientierten Produktentwicklung. Ein Team aus unterschiedlichen Unternehmensabteilungen soll eine Scherenarbeitsbühne mit reduzierter klimaschädlicher Wirkung entwickeln. Dabei gilt es zu verstehen, wo die Schwerpunkte der CO2-Emissionen liegen und wie man diese innerhalb des Lebenszyklus reduzieren kann. Ein Produktmodell erleichtert das Verständnis für mögliche Ansatzpunkte. Im Spielverlauf können die Spieler mit mehr Wissen über potenzielle Einsparungen bessere Entscheidungen treffen. Allerdings können auch Konflikte zwischen Abteilungszielen auftreten. Produktänderungen werden im Team diskutiert, bewertet und festgelegt. Nach jeder Spielrunde erfolgt dann eine Evaluation der Ergebnisse mit dem Spielleiter. So bekommen die Spieler ein Gefühl für den Prozess der ökologisch-orientierten Produktentwicklung.
