Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Disputation, Verteidigung oder Defensio ist die abschließende Prüfungsleistung des Promotionsprojekts. Sie kann als eigenes Projekt oder als Unterprojekt des Promotionsprojekts betrachtet werden. Auf diese Weise können auch hier Methoden des Projektmanagements die Vorbereitung und die Planung strukturieren und vereinfachen. Wichtig ist dabei vor allem, die Anforderungen und Erwartungen seitens der Prüfungskommission zu klären, sich klare Ziele für die Inhalte des Vortrages zu setzen und sich inhaltlich gut vorzubereiten.
