Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Interview berichtet Johannes Behringer, Mitinhaber des Sportraum Mainz, von der Art und Weise seiner Entscheidungsfindung: Schnelle Entscheidungen werden von ihm getroffen, nachdem er intuitiv in sich hineingehört hat und er diesen inneren Kompass mit den Erfahrungen seiner Vergangenheit verbindet. So erhält er Sicherheit, mit seinem Gespür den richtigen Weg zu gehen. Er geht los und korrigiert auf seinem Weg seinen Laufstil oder verlässt den geraden Weg, um auf einem schmalen Pfad sein Ziel zu erreichen. Schnelles Handeln schützt ihn und sein Unternehmen vor Stillstand.
