Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um die Herausforderungen der Gegenwart zu bewältigen, müssen wir das, was in uns verschüttet wurde, nur wieder sichtbar machen. Wie das geht, beschreibt Bert Martin Ohnemüller an seinem persönlichen Beispiel. Dabei übt er auch schonungslos Kritik an sich selbst. Seine unternehmerische Erfahrung hat ihn gelehrt, dass in den meisten Fällen 70 oder 80 Prozent Erkenntnisgrad für eine Entscheidung völlig ausreichen – das gute Bauchgefühl vorausgesetzt. Es ist für ihn so etwas wie die letzte Instanz für den Prozess der Entscheidungsfindung. Die innere Stimme weiß in der Regel, was das Richtige ist, und sie wird bei regelmäßiger nachhaltiger Nutzung immer besser.
