Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das letzte Kap. 4 schließt die Untersuchung mit einer kritischen Zusammenfassung der gewonnenen Erkenntnisse ab, wobei sich folgendes Fazit ziehen lässt: Obwohl die Sichtbarkeit von Frauen in Führungspositionen in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten zugenommen hat, ist unverändert ein großes Ungleichgewicht der Karrierechancen zu beobachten. Es folgt eine Rückbesinnung auf die Relevanz der Fragestellung sowie ihre Einbettung in den größeren gesellschaftspolitischen Diskurs. Zu guter Letzt bietet das Kapitel einen Ausblick auf zukünftige Herausforderungen sowie potenzielle Lösungsansätze, an denen sich politisches Handeln angesichts der gegenwärtigen Arbeitsmarktdynamiken orientieren kann.
