Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die ING Deutschland hat im Herbst 2019 nach nur 18 Monaten den Wandel zur ersten vollständig agilen Bank Deutschlands vollzogen. Sowohl bei der Umsetzung wie auch im Nachgang spielt die HR-Funktion eine Schlüsselrolle: Sie schafft im Gleichtakt mit dem Business ein innovationsfreundliches Arbeitsumfeld, ermöglicht selbstbestimmtes Arbeiten und vermittelt Sinn und Zweck von Arbeit. Der Personalabteilung kommt somit die Rolle des Botschafters für New Work zu. Sie verkörpert in ihren Produkten und Services Agilität und macht sie damit zum Teil der Unternehmens-DNA.
