Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der folgende Artikel gibt einen Überblick über den Einfluss agiler Personalarbeit auf die Kulturentwicklung und Transformation der Robert Bosch GmbH. Neben dem Verständnis von Agilität, Führung und Lernen, wird der Beitrag der Human Resources (HR) Business-Partner im Veränderungsprozess beleuchtet. Anhand von zwei konkreten Praxisbeispielen wird anschließend aufgezeigt, wie ein zentraler Personalbereich durch gutes Beispiel vorangeht, sich agil aufstellt und welche wichtige Rolle eine geschäftsorientierte Personalarbeit für den Aufbau und Erfolg eines neu gegründeten Geschäftsbereichs hat.
