Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wissenschaftliche Forschung verfolgt das Ziel, den Erkenntnisfortschritt anzustoßen, also an bestehende Forschungen anzuschließen und diese so zu erweitern, dass Forschungslücken geschlossen und damit bisher unbeantwortete Fragen geklärt werden. Hierzu soll unser Buch einen Beitrag leisten. Was wir jedoch ebenso intendieren, ist, einen konstruktiven Beitrag für die Praxis des Managements und der Gestaltung von dynastischen Unternehmerfamilien zu liefern.
