Abstract

Zusammenfassung 3,627 Mrd. US$ erlösten die Top 10 chinesischen Start-ups bei ihren Börsengängen in Shanghai, New York und Hongkong innerhalb der letzten zwei Jahre. Die CEOs waren in allen zehn Fällen chinesisch. Woran liegt das? Wir beleuchten einen Teilaspekt der Antwort – den früh-phasigen Expansions- und Entstehungsprozess europäischer Startups in China. Hierbei wollen wir vor allem die Chancen und Herausforderungen für europäische Gründer in China herausarbeiten.
