Abstract

Zusammenfassung GibtLeadershipexzellentes es so etwas wie ein Geheimrezept hervorragender Führung und exzellenten Leaderships? Oder genügt es, einige Regeln und Gesetzmäßigkeiten zu beachten und umzusetzen, um sich von einer eher durchschnittlichen Führungskraft zu einem kraftvollen Leader zu entwickeln? Bei der Reflexion dieser Fragen schlagen zwei Herzen in meiner Brust.
