Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Fokus der folgenden zehn Denkanstöße steht die Beantwortung der Frage, wie sich ein Leader in Führungs- und Unternehmensprozessen verhält. Der Grundsatz dabei lautet: Im Fokus steht immer der Mensch, steht immer der einzelne Mitarbeiter als Individuum. Ein Leader denkt Führungs- und Unternehmensprozesse stets vom Menschen, nicht vom Prozess her.
