Abstract

Zusammenfassung In den 15 Denkanstößen des zweiten Kapitels stehen die Haltungen und Eigenschaften des wachstumsorientierten Leaders im Fokus. Was unterscheidet ihn von einem „normalen“ Manager, von einer durchschnittlichen Führungskraft, von jenem Verwaltungsmanager? Entscheidend ist sein ganzheitlicher Blick, mithin seine Fähigkeit, über den Tellerrand hinauszublicken und die Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Persönlichkeit, aller Mitarbeiter, der Teams, seines Verantwortungsbereiches und darüber hinaus des Unternehmens in den Fokus zu rücken. Wo immer er mit Menschen zu tun hat, ist ihm am beruflichen und am persönlich-individuellen Wachstum eines Menschen gelegen.
