Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die zwölf Denkanstöße des ersten Kapitels entwickeln das Panorama eines Führungsmodells, das für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte ein Umfeld im Unternehmen schaffen will, in dem individuelles Wachstum und gemeinschaftliches Handeln im Sinne der Unternehmensziele möglich sind. Das Unternehmen soll durch Leadership auf allen relevanten Handlungsfeldern nach vorn entwickelt werden können, sodass sich die Menschen und auch Teams weiterentwickeln können. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Darstellung der wichtigsten Aspekte eines wachstumsorientierten Leaderships, mit dem sich überdies die unternehmerischen Prozesse und Abläufe sowie das Geschäftsmodell des Unternehmens optimieren lassen.
