Abstract

Zusammenfassung Jeder Mensch konstruiert seine eigene Wirklichkeit. In der Regel passen die Wirklichkeitskonstruktionen der meisten Menschen um uns herum ganz gut zueinander, sodass wir uns ohne Weiteres und konfliktfrei verständigen können. Aber diese Konstruktionen müssen nicht immer zueinander passen. Dann kommt es zu Dissonanzen, die geklärt werden sollten oder zu einem Konflikt führen können. Die unterschiedlichen Wahrnehmungen können u. a. aus Täuschungen resultieren, denen wir unbemerkt erliegen, oder denen wir uns halbbewusst hingeben, um unsere Welt weitgehend konsistent zu halten. Ausgangs beschreibe ich eine Methode, mit der Sie Ihre eigene Wahrnehmung prüfen können. „Beschreiben, erklären, bewerten“ reduziert bewusst die Verarbeitungsgeschwindigkeit bei Bewertungsprozessen und kann diese um weitere Aspekte bereichern. Dies hilft Ihnen Konflikte zu entschärfen.
