Abstract

Zusammenfassung Stakeholdermanagement ist ein Thema, mit dem sich ganze Bibliotheken füllen ließen, und ist daher eigentlich zu groß, um nur als Sidekick des Konfliktmanagements aufzutreten. In Bezug auf Konflikte erscheint es mir jedoch derart grundlegend, dass ich um eine Erwähnung und knappe Nachzeichnung einiger wesentlicher Punkte nicht herumkomme. Denn eins kommt im Projekt so sicher, wie das Amen in der Kirche: der Stakeholder. Irgendeinen gibt es immer; meistens sind es viele. Woran liegt das? Weder das Projekt noch das Projektteam stehen frei im Raum und sind frei von Abhängigkeiten. Immer soll das Projekt etwas bewirken. Das heißt, es wird sich etwas ändern. Und davon sind Menschen betroffen. Von diesen Beziehungen und deren Handhabung soll dieses Kapitel unter besonderem Bezug zum Konfliktgeschehen handeln.
