Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bevor wir uns ans Werk machen, sollen einige Begriffe und Anwendungsfelder abgesteckt werden, die im Speziellen für das Verständnis der folgenden Kapitel aber auch der Konflikte in Projekten im Allgemeinen notwendig sind. Wie ich ein Wort begreife, also mit welchen Bedeutungen es aufgeladen wird, ist (nicht nur) in Konflikten entscheidend für meine Wahrnehmung der Welt. Dies ist mit den Worten Projekt und Konflikt nicht anders. Daher will ich in diesem Kapitel versuchen, einige zentrale Begriffe dieses Buchs und des Konflikts an sich mit Ihnen auf funktionale Weise aufzuladen. Ich versuche dabei weitgehend auf eine ermüdende Aneinanderreihung aller möglichen verschiedenen Definitionen zu verzichten. Vielmehr versuche ich, Ihnen Perspektiven zu bieten, die im konkreten Konfliktfall nützlich sind. Dies vor allem mit dem Ziel, dass Sie (mental) handlungsfähig bleiben. Dabei gebe ich Ihnen noch keine fertigen Lösungen, aber Sie sollten einen Zugang zum Themenfeld Konflikt (in Projekten) erlangen.
