Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wir haben bereits 2 Definitionsansätze für Konflikte von Glasl (2011) (Beeinträchtigung von wahrnehmen, denken, fühlen, wollen und handeln) und Simon (2012) (Verneinung der Verneinung) kennengelernt. An dieser Stelle will ich ihnen eine weitere Perspektive auf den Konflikt von Leo Montada (2013) näherbringen. Auf diesen Psychologen bin ich in meinem Studium Mediation gestoßen. Seine Sicht auf die Konflikte zwischen Menschen ist mir vor allem im Gedächtnis geblieben, weil sie ähnlich einfach und eingängig ist, wie diejenige von Fritz B. Simon. Leo Montada nähert sich dem Konflikt als Psychologe von einer weiteren Seite: Im Gegensatz zu dem fast schon atomistisch analytischen Ansatz Glasls, der den Konflikt in seine Kleinstteile zerlegt, und dem praktisch orientierten Simon, der den Fokus auf die systembildende Kommunikation der Streitenden legt, fokussiert sich die Definition des Konflikts bei Montada auf das Innenleben, das Empfinden, der Konfliktbetroffenen.
