Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kennen Sie das auch? Sie sind mit einem Projekt betraut worden und wollen voller Schwung an die Arbeit. Sie haben sich bereits alles unter Anwendung der neuesten Projektmanagementtools zurechtgelegt. Die technischen und auch die organisatorischen Bedingungen liegen eigentlich auf der Hand. Und trotzdem merken Sie vielleicht, wie es langsam anfängt zu knistern. Am Horizont braut sich etwas zusammen. Sie können noch nicht klar benennen, was es ist, aber da scheint sich etwas anzubahnen. Oder aber Sie kommen nichtsahnend an Ihren Schreibtisch und unvermittelt explodiert die Stimmung. Kollegen liegen „ganz plötzlich“ miteinander im Streit oder andere Projektbeteiligte verhalten sich „aus heiterem Himmel“ völlig anders als erwartet. Konflikt liegt in der Luft und es ist nicht mehr lang, bis irgendjemand sagt: „Die Kuh müssen wir jetzt wieder vom Eis bekommen!“ Oder hoffnungsvoller: „Die Kuh bekommen wir schon wieder vom Eis!“
