Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel möchte ich dir den zweiten von fünf Wegen raus aus dem Konflikt vorstellen: Hinter die Fassade blicken, andere verstehen. Es gibt natürlich noch viele andere Wege, doch diese 5 haben sich in der Konfliktbearbeitung immer wieder als effektiv und lösungsweisend gezeigt. Bei diesem Weg geht es darum, hinter die Fassade zu blicken und andere besser zu verstehen. Warum verhalten sie sich so, warum sagen sie diese Dinge und warum genau so? Was treibt sie an, was sind ihre Glaubenssätze und was ihre Erfahrungen, die ihre Wirklichkeit einfärben.
