Abstract

Zusammenfassung Emotionen und Gefühlsausbrüche sind in der Berufswelt heute immer noch genauso verpönt wie im letzten Jahrtausend. Gefühle gelten als irreführend, fehlleitend und fehl am Platz, denn am Arbeitsplatz geht es um die Sache. Gleichzeitig fußen menschliche Entscheidungen nicht nur auf sachlichen Tatbeständen sondern auch immer auf dem berühmten „Bauchgefühl“. Beziehung, Bindung und Zusammenarbeit hat auch immer etwas mit „Gefühl“ zu tun.
