Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag liefert einen Überblick unterschiedlicher Erkenntnisse zu Kreativität und Innovation in Organisationen aus Forschung und Praxis. Er beschreibt Definitionen dieser Begriffe und erläutert, welche Faktoren Einfluss auf Kreativität und Innovationskraft in Unternehmen haben. Die Bedeutung des Individuums, von Teams und von Führungskräften werden in diesem Kontext analysiert. Es werden kreativitätsfördernde Führungsstile vorgestellt und Interventionsmaßnahmen aufgezeigt, die geeignet sind, in Organisationen Kreativität und Innovationskraft auf Ebene der Arbeitsbedingungen, der Teamebene und der Führungsebene zu steigern.
