Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unsere Gesellschaft wird immer mehr zu Kopfarbeitern und damit rückt auch die Frage der Produktivität der Kopfarbeit in den Fokus. Die Funktionenanalyse, auch Gemeinkostenwertanalyse genannt, ist ein mächtiges Werkzeug zur Produktivitätssteigerung bzw. Reduzierung der sogenannten Overheads. Dieses Instrument hat einen ausgeprägt schlechten Ruf. Entscheidet man sich trotzdem dafür es einzusetzen, zeigt dieses Kapitel auf, welche Voraussetzungen gegeben sein müssen, damit toxische Nebenwirkungen weitgehend ausbleiben. Der Leser erfährt, wie die Gemeinkosten ohne Nutzenverlust für den Kunden oder die Empfänger von Leistungen reduziert werden können, welche Vorbereitungen dazu getroffen werden müssen, und wie die Ausganglage analysiert wird. Darüber hinaus bekommt er einen umfangreichen Ideenkatalog zum Aufspüren von Einsparpotenzialen und Vorschläge für deren Realisierung. Ein praktisches Beispiel zeigt die konkrete Vorgehensweise zur Erarbeitung detaillierter und aussagekräftiger Maßnahmen der Kostenoptimierung auf. Diesem Kapitel ist online ein Softwaretool beigefügt, welches Sie bei Ihrer eigenen Funktionenanalyse unterstützt.
