Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag werden am Beispiel der Konzeption und Einführung von ERP-Systemen in Lebensmittel-KMU Lösungsansätze und Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten für die vielfältigen Herausforderungen bei der Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsvorhaben beschrieben. In Unternehmen liegen jeweils sehr unterschiedliche Voraussetzungen, sogenannte Reifegrade, für Digitalisierungsprojekte vor. Entsprechend ergibt sich als „Nebeneffekt“ einer ERP-Systemeinführung in der Regel eine Vielzahl zusätzlicher unerwarteter Managementaufgaben, oft fälschlicherweise als „Change Management“ bezeichnet. Diese können die betrieblichen Kapazitäten überlasten und zu abruptem Stress, unerwartet langen Einführungszeiten oder zum Projektabbruch führen. Mit dem hier vorgestellten „RegioFood-Basis-Check“ und den zugehörigen Handreichungen wird das Schaffen der Voraussetzungen in Eigenregie des Unternehmens planbar. Eine weitere Herausforderung für Unternehmer ist die Eingrenzung und Benennung des notwendigen Funktionsumfangs eines ERP-Systems. Hier wird mit dem „RegioFood_Plus ERP-Lastenheft“ ein Vorschlag für die Erfassungs- und Reportingfunktionen eines ERP-Systems für Kleinunternehmen vorgestellt. Er kann als Grundlage für eigene Ausschreibungen verwendet werden. Nach dessen Installation sind eine umfassende Funktionsprüfung und schnelle Erfolge bei der Nutzung wünschenswert. Auch hierfür wird ein Einführungskonzept vorgestellt.
