Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die rasante technologische Entwicklung im Bereich Software und Technologie wird im Jahre 2035 selbstfahrende Unternehmen ermöglichen. Diese autonomen Organisationen zeichnen sich durch die vollständige Automatisierung aller unterstützenden und produzierenden Prozesse aus. Softwaresysteme in großen Unternehmen sind durchschnittlich 15 bis 20 Jahre im Einsatz. Jede auch noch so kleine fachliche und technische Entscheidung im Bereich der Digitalisierung zahlt auf die Vision des selbstfahrenden Unternehmens ein. In fünf Abschnitten werden in diesem Kapitel die zukünftigen Unternehmensbereiche beschrieben: Interaktion mit Markt und Kunden, Interaktion mit Lieferanten und Partnern, Wertschöpfung, Finanz und Organisation mit ihren Änderungen. Selbstfahrende Organisationen besitzen keine klassischen End-to-End-Prozesse, sondern Algorithmen treffen laufend aufgrund von Daten die Entscheidungen. Diese Transformation wird beschrieben und die daraus resultierende Organisationsform wird erklärt.
