Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel erfolgt die Darstellung der derzeitig gültigen „Unternehmenslehre“, die sich über Jahrzehnte weiterentwickelt, aber im Kern nicht grundsätzlich verändert hat, da in fast allen Unternehmen bis dato nur eine Teildigitalisierung stattgefunden hat, die auf den alten, „analogen“ Strukturen beruht. Die Struktur der Ausführungen in diesem Kapitel ist angelehnt an die wichtigsten unternehmerischen Prozessgruppen, die eine weit verbreitete Herangehensweise bei der Strukturierung der Prozesse in den Unternehmen repräsentieren. Bis heute erfolgt daher die Digitalisierung auf Grundlage der traditionellen analogen End-to-End-Prozesse, anstatt umgekehrt die Digitalisierung von den erheblich weitreichenderen Möglichkeiten der Künstlichen Intelligenz an zu denken. Angelehnt an die derzeitigen End-to-End-Prozessgruppen werden in diesem Kapitel die Spannungsfelder und Optimierungspotenziale beschrieben.
