Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag befasst sich mit der Repatriation von Expatriates und beschreibt die Bedeutung von Coaching innerhalb dieser. Um zentrale Anknüpfungspunkte sowie Themen für Coaching im Rahmen der Repatriation darlegen zu können, erörtern die Autoren zunächst drei wesentliche Zusammenhänge im Entsendungsmanagement: Repatriation und Personalplanung, Repatriation und Heimatlandkultur sowie Repatriation und Return-on-Investment. Der Beitrag verfolgt damit eine strategische Sichtweise und stellt gleichermaßen sehr praxisnahe Empfehlungen für das Coaching von zurückkehrenden Expatriates vor.
