Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Herbst 2019 wurden im Zuge der Planung von Baumaßnahmen im Klinikviertel der Dortmunder Innenstadt Aufgrabungen mit ggf. sofortiger Entschärfung von vier Verdachtspunkten für Kampfmittelfunde nötig. Aufgrund der Vielzahl der zu koordinierenden Aufgaben und Akteure sowie der Schwere und Komplexität der zu treffenden Entscheidungen wurde die gesamte Lage in den Strukturen des Krisentabs bearbeitet. Zentrale Themen der Vorbereitungsphase waren nach der Erstellung eines szenariobasierten Lagebilds mit Prognose von Risiken die Evakuierung von Krankenhäusern mit den Risiken für Patienten, die Herausnahme von Krankenhäusern aus der auch überregionalen Regelversorgung, die Sicherung von Infrastruktur und die Evakuierung von zwei Altenheimen und 14.000 Menschen. Der Beitrag geht auf Aufgaben und Anforderungen des Krisenstabs in dieser ungewöhnlichen Lage sowie auf gewonnene Erfahrungen ein.
