Schnittstelle Notfallstab – Krisenstab

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Notfallstab arbeitet am oder in der Nähe des Schadensraums, während der Krisenstab vom Lagezentrum aus agiert. Beide Stäbe haben eigenständige Aufgaben und Verantwortungen, müssen jedoch eng verzahnt zusammenarbeiten. Dabei ist der reibungslose Informationsfluss zwischen den Stäben sicherzustellen. Der Krisenstab muss die Lage bezüglich weiterer Eskalationsrisiken betrachten. Dies gelingt aus einer rückwärtigen Position besser als vom Ort des Ereignisses aus. An einem Fallbeispiel wird die Zusammenarbeit und Aufgabenteilung zwischen dem am Schadensraum agierenden Notfallstab und dem im rückwärtigen Lagezentrum arbeitenden Krisenstab beschrieben.
