Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Evaluation von Stabsübungen ist eine Herausforderung, der sich weltweit agierende Konzerne und Institutionen, aber auch Behörden stellen müssen. In diesem Kapitel werden verschiedene Aspekte der Durchführung und Auswertung von Evaluationen von Stabsübungen betrachtet. Diese sollen eine Planung, angemessene Durchführung und zielführende Evaluation im Rahmen von Stabsarbeit ermöglichen. Schlussendlich sollen damit valide Aussagen über eine Übung formuliert werden können. Die Ermittlung, ob die Ziele hinreichend erfüllt wurden, und eine Ergebnisreflexion in Form eines Debriefings können den Mehrwert von Stabsübungen deutlich erhöhen.
