Abstract

Zusammenfassung Während der Covid-19-Pandemie wurde Stabsarbeit in vielen Organisationen erstmals über Video- und Webkonferenzen virtuell durchgeführt. Neben den allgemeinen Grundregeln für virtuelle, verteilte Zusammenarbeit ergeben sich spezifische Anforderungen für dies Stabsleitung, die Moderation und den Bereich Lage. Der Beitrag beschreibt Merkmale und Besonderheiten virtueller Stabsarbeit, ergänzt durch Erfahrungen aus unterschiedlichen Stäben während der Pandemie.
