Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Neu- oder Umbau von Stabsräumen oder Lagezentren bietet die Chance, Stabsarbeit durch Schaffung guter Rahmenbedingungen wirksam zu unterstützen. Für die Planung, die sich nur auf wenig veröffentlichte Empirie stützen kann, ist eine Anforderungsanalyse die Grundlage. Für die Planung müssen die Arbeitsprozesse des konkreten Stabs sowie wahrscheinliche Einsatzszenarien und -notwendigkeiten sowie auf dem Markt verfügbare Technik und Medien bekannt sein. Neben dem Stabsraum sind Funktionsräume, aber auch die Zugangsbereiche mit einzubeziehen. Aufgrund der Budgetknappheit müssen in der Planung klare, an die Stabsaufgaben angepasste Prioritäten gesetzt werden. Auch die Umgestaltung vorhandener Räume bietet die Chance, die Stabsarbeit durch Schaffung guter Rahmenbedingungen wirksam zu unterstützen. Der Beitrag zeigt den Planungsprozess anhand dreier Beispiele aus Hamburg.
