Abstract

Zusammenfassung „Wie konnte uns das nur passieren?“ – Auch in gut geübten Stäben läuft die Stabsarbeit nicht immer optimal. Neben der Lage selbst mit ihrer Dynamik und Unbestimmtheit bestimmen die „menschlichen Faktoren“ wie Kompetenzschutz, Wahrnehmung und Informationsverarbeitung oder Emotionen das Denken und Handeln im Stab. Einige dieser Faktoren und ihre Auswirkungen, die bei Beobachtungen von Stabsarbeit auffielen, werden im Folgenden vor dem Hintergrund psychologischer Theorien beschrieben. Individuelle Einflussfaktoren werden ebenso einbezogen wie Einflussfaktoren in Teams.
