Abstract

Zusammenfassung Krankenhäuser werden in Deutschland zu den kritischen Infrastrukturen gezählt. Um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Patientenversorgung zu gewährleisten, müssen die Funktionalität und die Kapazität eines Krankenhauses erhalten bleiben. Allerdings existieren unzählige Risiken, die einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf in den Kliniken gefährden können. Neben Naturereignissen, die beispielweise die Stromversorgung temporär unterbrechen (man denke hier an die Versorgung von Intensivpatienten bei Stromausfall), sind es auch unvorhergesehene Großereignisse, wie die -Covid-19- Pandemie, die die Prozesse in Kliniken nachhaltig verändern und alle Beteiligten vor Herausforderungen stellen. Eine umfassende Krankenhausalarm- und -einsatzplanung ist daher essenziell für Krankenhäuser, damit sie von Großschadensereignissen oder Katastrophen nicht unvorbereitet getroffen werden. Sollte der Ereignisfall doch eintreten, gilt es, durch effektive Stabsarbeit Auswirkungen auf den Klinikalltag möglichst gering zu halten.
