Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kap. 7 beschäftigt sich mit dem Erkennen von möglichen Umfeldentwicklungen. Dabei geht es darum, mithilfe von schwachen Signalen Entwicklungen möglichst frühzeitig zu identifizieren. Die Aufgabe wird in die drei Teilaufgaben (1) Scanning, (2) Monitoring und (3) Naming unterteilt. Anschließend werden die drei Teilaufgaben vorgestellt. Im Kontext des Monitorings wird auf Frühwarnsysteme und im Zusammenhang mit dem Naming kurz auf Umfeldszenarien eingegangen. Den Schluss bilden die Pflichten von Supervisory und Managing Board.
