Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Kap. 14 werden die Metaaufgaben der Vereinfachung und der Synergieschaffung diskutiert. Zuerst wird geklärt, was unter den beiden Aufgaben verstanden wird. Dabei zeigt sich, dass die beiden Aufgaben nicht unabhängig voneinander sind, sondern teilweise in Konflikt zueinander stehen. In einem Framework werden sieben Teilaufgaben unterschieden: (1) Vereinfachung in Lagebeurteilung und Entscheidungsfindung, (2) Synergieschaffung in Lagebeurteilung und Entscheidungsfindung, (3) Synergieschaffung in den Marktpositionen der Geschäfte, (4) Vereinfachung durch die Eliminierung unwichtiger Geschäfte, (5) Synergieschaffung durch geschäftsübergreifende Ressourcen, (6) Vereinfachung von Prozessen und (7) Vereinfachung der Groborganisation. Zum Schluss werden die Pflichten von Supervisory und Managing Board im Zusammenhang mit der Vereinfachung und Synergienutzung geklärt.
