Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 11 beschäftigt sich mit der Steuerung von Performance und Finanzierung. Zuerst wird gezeigt, dass die Zielsetzung dieser Aufgabe in der Steigerung des Equity Value und der Sicherstellung regelmäßiger Ausschüttungen liegt. Darauf werden vier Teilaufgaben der Steuerung von Performance und Finanzierung unterschieden und beschrieben: (1) Steuerung der Geschäftstätigkeit der Geschäfte, (2) Steuerung der Investitionen und Devestitionen, (3) Steuerung der Finanzierung und (4) Erarbeitung und Anwendung eines Konzeptes des finanziellen Controllings. Zum Schluss werden die Pflichten von Supervisory und Managing Board im Zusammenhang mit der Steuerung von Performance und Finanzierung diskutiert.
