Abstract

Zusammenfassung Aktuell erkennen wir, dass sich unsere Gesellschaft in einem grundlegenden Wandlungsprozess befindet, der konsequenterweise auch unser Verständnis von Wirtschaft verändern wird. Sozioökonomische Systemwandel kommen immer in Wellen und ziehen in der Folge auch lange Zyklen wirtschaftlichen Wachstums nach sich. Bisher galten neue Technologien als Auslöser für einen neuen Wirtschaftszyklus, so wie es auch bei der vorangegangenen Welle, der Welle der Digitalisierung, der Fall war. Dabei steht uns bereits der nächste Wandel ins Haus. Diese neue Welle setzt aber erstmals nicht auf technologischen Neuerungen, sondern stellt stattdessen den Menschen in seinem sozialen Umgang ins Zentrum. Das erfordert von Organisationen und ihren Führungskräften allerdings völlig neue Denk- und Handlungsmuster.
