Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Systemen, wie beispielsweise unserer Gesellschaft oder einem globalisierten Markt, die sich immer schneller verändern, finden sich eine Vielzahl an komplexen und systemischen Abhängigkeiten. Es gibt für derartige Problemstellungen auch keine einfachen Lösungen, die entweder richtig oder falsch sind, sondern nur welche, die für das System besser oder schlechter passen. Lineares Problemlösungsdenken ist also endgültig abgesagt – die Herausforderungen unserer Zeit sind systemischer Natur. Aber was bedeutet das eigentlich? Woran kann man diese „systemische Natur“ überhaupt festmachen? Und weshalb wehren sich soziale Systeme gegen Veränderungen?
