Abstract

Zusammenfassung Anhand von zwei Fallbeispielen wird aufgezeigt, wie sich Management- und Führungskonzepte in den letzten 20 bis 30 Jahren verändert haben. Systemische Zugänge in der Organisationsentwicklung, stakeholderorientierte Unternehmensstrategien und moderne Leadership-Tools haben begonnen, sich langsam durchzusetzen. Auch wenn man eine zunehmende Akzeptanz dieser modernen Instrumente der Unternehmensführung beobachten oder von Managern in Einzelgesprächen von deren progressiven Ansichten überrascht werden kann, so werden diese Konzepte in der unternehmerischen Praxis noch nicht ausreichend umgesetzt. Dabei stellen die letzten 20 Jahre nur ein Vorspiel einer sich nähernden, disruptiven Strukturveränderung dar.
