Abstract

Zusammenfassung Culture Hacks stellen für die meisten Unternehmen noch ungewohntes Terrain dar. Ihre Erprobung kann als eine neue Managementtechnik im Rahmen von Kulturveränderungsprozessen noch auf einen geringen Fundus gesicherter Erkenntnisse zurückgreifen. In diesem Abschnitt werden zehn mögliche Fehlerquellen identifiziert und Möglichkeiten zu ihrer Umgehung diskutiert. Die wesentlichen Gefahrenquellen liegen in der fehlenden Strategie und Systematik, unzureichender Kompetenz, des nicht angepassten Vorgehens als auch der fehlenden erforderlichen Courage. Zudem werden Ansätze diskutiert, wie die Verbundenheit und die Wertschätzung gestärkt sowie ein möglicher Zynismus in der Anwendung verhindert werden kann. Ausführungen zur Be-lastbarkeit und möglicher Überforderung des Systems schließen das Kapitel ab.
