Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die etablierten und vorbildlichen Konzepte zur Bewältigung von Komplexität von 8 Unternehmen werden in Kap. 4 dargestellt. Dazu hat der Autor Interviews mit den Verantwortlichen von Unternehmen unterschiedlicher Größe und Branche geführt. Dies sind: Michel Billon, Geschäftsführer der Hanseatic Bank GmbH & Co. KG Hagen Rickmann, Geschäftsführer Geschäftskunden der Deutschen Telekom AG Claus Friedrichs, Geschäftsführer von sepago GmbH Erdal Ahlatci, ehemaliger Geschäftsführer von movingimages EVP GmbH Robert Holtstiege, Geschäftsführer von orderbase consulting GmbH Martin Beyer, Vorstandssprecher der Fiducia & GAD IT AG Marcus Loskant, IT-Vorstand der LVM Versicherung Gunnar Sander, Geschäftsführer von Buurtzorg Deutschland Nachbarschaftspflege gGmbH All diese Unternehmen haben eine klare Strategie zur Modernisierung ihrer Organisation und haben dabei schon eine Reihe von Erfolgen zu verzeichnen, die Mut machen, einen ähnlichen Weg zu gehen.
