Abstract

Zusammenfassung Stakeholder sind Betroffene und Beteiligte am Projekt, aber auch jeder, der ein berechtigtes Interesse am Projekt hat. Sie können mit ihrem Wissen eine große Hilfe für den Projektleiter sein, aber auch eine große Herausforderung darstellen. Wichtig ist, alle Stakeholder zu identifizieren, da verpasste Stakeholder meist auch verpasste Anforderungen bedeuten. Kennen Sie vielleicht auch Projekte, die zumindest vorübergehend zum Stillstand kamen, weil z. B. Mitbestimmungsrechte des Betriebsrates verletzt worden waren (§ 87 BetrVG)?
