Abstract

Zusammenfassung „All we need is one direction“. Die Vision gibt die Zielrichtung vor. Sie ist im übertragenen Sinn wie eine Fahne, die vor dem Projekt hergetragen wird. Die Vision ist das Zielbild des Projektes oder des Produktes: Was macht seinen Mehrwert aus? Was soll mit dem Projekt/Produkt erreicht werden? Was ist das Endergebnis oder Endprodukt? Bevor wir uns dem Thema zuwenden, wie praktisch eine Vision im Projekt entwickelt werden kann, folgen noch einige grundlegende Überlegungen zur Erarbeitung der Vision und zu ihrem Einsatz im Projekt.
