Abstract

Zusammenfassung Derzeit liegen vor: eine Project Vision, eine Project Charter, ein Stakeholder-Register. Nun geht es darum, die Anforderungen der Stakeholder an die Lösung zu sammeln und in einem ersten Schritt eher intuitiv zu strukturieren. Dies ist die initiale Füllung des Product Backlogs. Korrekter könnten wir sagen: Der Anfang davon, denn wir werden nach und nach weitere Aspekte betrachten. In der „agilen Welt“ gibt es viele interessante Workshop-Formate. Für das initiale Füllen des Product Backlogs werden zwei Alternativen vorgestellt: „Prune the Product Tree“ und „Remember the Future“. Teilweise können dabei die Anforderungen bereits grob priorisiert werden. Dem Thema Priorisierung als solches widmet sich dann ein eigenes Kapitel, Kap. 11 .
