Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es um eine Betrachtung der Human Resources, die im Kontext von Predictive Intelligence erforderlich und relevant sind. Es werden verschiedene Kompetenzbereiche erörtert und darauf aufbauend verschiedene, mögliche Rollen und deren Verantwortlichkeiten hergeleitet und diskutiert. Auf diese Weise soll ein umfassendes Bild in Bezug auf zukünftige, neue Wissens- und Kompetenzbereich gezeichnet werden, damit PI-Verantwortliche im Laufe der PI-Aktivitäten auch ein nachhaltig-strategisches PI-Workforce-ManagementWorkforce-Management sicherstellen und umsetzen können. Da der gesamte Ausbildungsbereich aktuell damit beschäftigt ist, gezielt für diese neuen Bedarfe neue Lehrpläne und Lehrgänge zu entwickeln, müssen First-Mover proaktiv selbst das HR-Zepter in die Hand nehmen, um vorausschauend die erforderlichen Kompetenzen innerhalb der eigenen Organisation zu entwickeln.
