Abstract

Zusammenfassung Neben den bisher dargelegten eher „soften“ Regeln hat der Strategieprozess auch eine harte, praktische Seite: Es sind konkrete Ziele zu setzen, es ist zu strukturieren, zu analysieren, Optionen sind zu bilden, zu bewerten, es ist zu entscheiden und zu überzeugen. Ohne diese Hausaufgaben zumindest im Kopf abzuwickeln, bleibt der Stratege unseriös. Diese sieben Schritte sind zur Entwicklung einer Strategie allgemeingültig und zeitlos. Die meisten dieser Schritte wird dem Unternehmensstrategen die KI abnehmen. Wenige muss er fest in der Hand halten, um die KI nicht aus dem Ruder laufen zu lassen
