Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führungskräfte handeln und erbringen ihre Leistung in einem sehr komplexen Umfeld. Denn neben einer immer komplexer werdenden (Um-)Welt mit vielen unterschiedlichen Kontexten und Rahmenbedingungen nimmt die Anzahl an Führungsaufgaben stetig zu, das Ausbalancieren der Dimensionen Strategie-Struktur-Kultur fordert mehr Aufmerksamkeit und unsere MitarbeiterInnen brauchen mehr Halt und Orientierung denn je. Dieses Kapitel beschäftigt sich damit, was es als Führungskraft alles zu beachten und auszubalancieren gilt, damit die Zielerreichung, kombiniert mit einem guten Miteinander, möglich wird.
