Abstract

Zusammenfassung Energetische, echte Freude oder ein leidenschaftliches Hineinvertiefen in die Aufgabenstellungen sind nach wie vor in vielen Unternehmen (bedauerlicherweise) nicht die Grundstimmung am Arbeitsplatz. Mit einem zeitgemäßen Verständnis von Neuem Arbeiten geht es in diesem und den folgenden Kapiteln darum, sich damit auseinanderzusetzen: Was macht Menschen so glücklich und energievoll, dass sie sich auf die Arbeit freuen? Wann treten Menschen für sich und ihre Gedanken und Ideen ein? Wodurch werden Menschen wieder achtsamer auf das, was ihnen geboten wird und bringen selber Ideen und Lösungen ein, die Spaß machen? Welcher Teil des Kompetenzspektrums wird gebraucht, damit wir gegenüber künstlicher Intelligenz bestehen können? Woran würden wir merken, dass dies gelungen ist?
