Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die sechs Bausteine gestalten eine Unternehmenslandschaft, die es ermöglicht, sich befreit von überflüssigen Verstrickungen, kundenzentriert, innovativ und wertschöpfend aufzustellen. Gleichzeitig erlaubt es den Organisationsmitgliedern, einem seit Bestehen der Menschheit geltendes Prinzip den Rücken zu kehren: „(Mein) Wissen ist (meine) Macht!“. Ein neuer Leitgedanke im Sinne von „Vernetzung ist Macht“ kann gespürt und als sinnhafte Methodik sowohl zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung als auch zur Gestaltung von Lösungen für die Kunden erlebt werden. Führungskräfte dürfen selbstbewusst in den Transformationsprozess einsteigen, weil sie auch in der „Neuen Arbeitswelt“ eine bedeutsame Funktion einnehmen werden. Denn Führungskräfte haben unter anderem die Pflicht, darauf zu achten, dass der Krafthaushalt in ihrem Team ausgewogen ist. Gerade ihre Vorbildfunktion – auch zum Thema „Veränderungsbereitschaft“ – ist hierbei gefragt.
