Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag beschreibt die Integration der ethischen Perspektive (Integrität) in das oftmals rechtlich geprägte Compliance-Management-System von Unternehmen. Als Grundlage wird zunächst kurz der Begriff Compliance erläutert und auf den Diskurs zwischen Compliance als normenbasierter Managementansatz gegenüber Integrität als wertebasierter Ansatz eingegangen. Im Anschluss daran wird erörtert, wie beides im Rahmen eines Systems integriert werden kann, welche Instrumente und Methoden hierfür genutzt werden können und welchen Mehrwert eine entsprechende Zusammenführung der Ansätze bietet.
